Anything can be recycled as long as you get up and do it. Recycling your cans and bottles may just be one tedious little thing to do, but it makes a huge difference in the environment. In our local area we have a lot of recycling experts waiting to help so let's take some awesome recycling kick butt Action!
We are motivated to help our local Michiganders and people everywhere to start recycling! Last year at this time I was throwing everything into the trash: old t-shirts, plastic bottles, pop cans, and pretty much everything else. I didn't care or have any motivation what-so-ever to recycle any of it. A local presentation at our YMCA brought to my attention all the things I was doing wrong for the earth. I went to the Highland township office and got my family a blue recycling box. Soon after, it seemed as though we were recycling everything. Our trash load each week got smaller and we saved trash bags and taking out the trash so much became barely taking it out at all. It made me so happy that I was doing something right and good for our beautiful earth!
